Walder &McSweeney Contracting is a residential construction company that has worked in the Greater Toronto Area for more than 20 years. During that time they have completed challenging residential projects in established neighbourhoods. Their work has been used in magazines to showcase quality construction and innovative construction products. Their technical work has helped to influence the City of Toronto's building code and has been featured in international magazines such as Fine Homebuilding. The project at 242 Glen Manor West is one of their latest projects that combine high quality, innovative features and restoration of an old house. They are pleased to be the recipients for this years "Whole House Renovation", Sam award.
